Here's what the Guest have to say

Sue's Open House October 16, 2010

Dear Tanya,

Just wanted to drop a note to thank you again for the STELLAR job you did for me yesterday. To a person, everyone who has emailed me since the party has said how beautiful and delicious the food was. And I can't tell you how wonderful it was to be able to chat with my friends and never once worry whether things were getting done. Every time I looked up you were either preparing more appetizers, clearing tables, and just generally covering all bases. And I wouldn't be surprised if you get some referral work from some of my friends. They were very impressed. I am exhausted today. I can't imagine how you must be. Probably preparing for another party!

I know we will meet again and I am looking forward to it.

Fondly,
Sue

"Your place looks marvelous and the catering was great."

"Your caterer did such a good job…food was excellent.

" "The best food ever at an open house."

The Vizlsa Club of Northern California holding their annual Award Ceremony in January of 2009 was fortunate to have their event catered by “Everything but the Guest” Catering Service.

We are a very versatile group of people, all of us having in common the love for our dogs, but otherwise having diverse ways of live and interests and tastes

“Everything but the Guest” was able create a menu to satisfy us all, the lactose intolerant, as well as the gluten sensitive, the vegetarians and the rest of us with no limitations. The formation of the menu was a big hit, everyone liked all the diverse creations of the special plates.

I cannot speak highly enough of the very gastronomical and creative presentation and professional service we received.

We are looking forward to have our next Annual Events and other occasions catered by

“Everything but the Guest” in the future.

“Fast Response School of Health Care Education provides health care education for a number of vocational fields, one of which is Emergency Medical Technician.

On 08 February 2009, we held an interagency Mass Casualty Incident drill at a military institution utilizing a number of different fire, police and EMS/Rescue agencies.  For this drill, we were put in contact with “Everything But The Guest” by Tanya’s husband, a San Francisco Fire Fighter/Paramedic to provide the catering we were seeking.

Tanya was timely, kind and accommodating to the schedule of the drill.  Her work was exquisite and the food was amazing!  It was phenomenal to have someone of Tanya’s capabilities provide such an amazing service with such class!

Superb Job Tanya (and mom)!  Thank you for the great service and wonderful eats!

"Tanya's personal chef service has been a godsend for me.  I love that I can come home from work and have a wonderful meal all ready to be heated up and eaten.  I particularly liked that the meals are creative, tasty and healthy.  Another great thing about Tanya's service is that she worked with me to ensure that my likes and dislikes were considered when planning the menu.  All menus choices were provided to me before they were made for my okay.  What more could I ask."

Tanya "Everything But The Guest" Moynihan catered two affairs for us since the creation of her remarkable and original business.  The first was a gathering of 30+ people to create a way to coordinate all branches of a specialized therapy discipline - a very long and intense day of work.  From pre-meeting snacks through an incredible lunch to the ultimate in desserts, every dish was devoured to the max each person could hold!!  The menu Tanya created allowed for every diet - vegan thru omnivore - and was luscious! And even tho' Tanya had no help in setting up, serving and cleaning up, she made the entire affair feel as tho' it was done by a full staff!

The second event was a picnic with 11 friends at a winery not far from Walnut Grove.  We were gathered at the table with appropriate libation when Tanya arrived with baskets of food, hot and cold, and marvelous breads fresh baked that morning, with all the butter and condiments and dressings we could possibly use. She had another event to attend so we devoured to our heart's content for several hours, leaving not a crumb, since Tanya had provided "doggie cartons" for leftovers. She'd also arranged with the vintner for the storage of her baskets until later in the day.  We didn't have a thing to do but enjoy - enjoy - enjoy!!!

We still have one unmarried daughter and anticipate having the fun of working with Tanya  again should THE occasion arise!!
